I go to Lampeter-Strasburg High School, where Fortnite was a huge craze, and it was played by most people. The craze died out for a little bit, but it came back when Season 4 released. Now, 4 weeks into Season 4, and people in the school are losing their love for Fortnite. Many are leaving the game, even though they have spent so much money on skins and emotes. Fortnite may try to win people over once again with another major new update, but it might be too late. L-S students are moving on to games coming out like Call of Duty Black Ops 4 and H1Z1 recently being released on the PS4. Some students are saying how the new Battle Pass isn't as great as passes prior.
The decline of Fortnite player at L-S declined once the Limited Time Mashup with Thanos was released. Black Ops 4 is going to have a Battle Royale mode instead of a Story Mode. L-S student were hype when Fortnite announced the release of Fortnite Mobile, but after students started playing it, they realized that it wasn't as good as playing on a console. When will Fortnite completely die out

in the L-S community? Only time can tell. This will be my last blog. The Fortnite dream is dead.
